Where, whom, what to speak

|| योग: कर्मसु कौशलम् ||

Mananeeya Eknathji insists on (i) WHAT TO SPEAK (ii) WHOM TO SPEAK and (iii) WHERE TO SPEAK.
This if properly understood and practiced, it will help in a great way in the growth of the organisation as inter-human relationships would be properly taken care of.
In Mahabharat war, we find in Gita Sanjay telling : Drushtva to Pandavaneekam vyudham Duryodhanastada Aacharyamupangamya Raja vachanamabravit.... The leader of the Kaurav army - Sarsenapati was Bhishma. But Duryodhana goes and tells to Dronacharya.
Further also we find him telling Dronacharya that the son of Drupada is leading the army of Pandavas. Now Drupada had looked down Drona initially. Later with the help of Arjuna, Drupada was humiliated by Drona. To avenge this humiliation, Drupada did Yajna and as a boon he had the son Drushtadyumna who ultimately kills Drona.
Instead of inspiring the people, how wrongly what to speak, whom to speak and where to speak was not followed by Duryodhana tells us further that he was loosing the battle.

Like that various incidents happen and instead of boosting the karyakarta, he gets demoralized and therefore, Eknathji gives this wholesome advise.
