Mananeeya Eknathji tells further as to how to take care of the organisation as it is made up of people from various backgrounds and training. All are to be moulded into proper form and that is possible only with one's own commitment and conviction in the organisation. 

An organization provides a healthy attitude and an affectionate brotherhood, where every one is for all and all are for each individual. Thus it must provide for an implicit arrangement whereby it will always and invariably lead to make the organization thrive vigorously. As a matter of fact, the relations between the associates should become so close that if somebody commits an innocuous (harmless to the interest of the organization) wrong we should hide it, because he happens to be our colleague. We must always remember that we are wedded to a cause and not to an individual and therefore individual considerations are out of question.

All are to note these things which are very important : Each one for all and all for each
        Implicit arrangement like that of family. In it parents know all the things and provide needed guidance to all members of family without one's asking or so. But the bond of love, caring n sharing helps family to strive in all difficulties.
        We are wedded to a cause and not to an individual.
