Give n forget your giving

|| योग: कर्मसु कौशलम् ||

Mananeeya Eknathji through Kendra Prarthana gives the message of Kendra work and that is keep giving more and more through organised efforts. Eknathji guides us :

How the capacity of giving comes? By giving. The tenacity is also important in giving. Pradanam indicates that too. If the giving is with all ego of giving them it is not entitled as Pradanam. Because then the giving will be in lieu of ego-satisfaction. For giving to be Pradanam it has to be without even being conscious of giving, without knowing you are a giver. Give and forget your giving. But it is very difficult to practice. If an all-flowing love is there, then there is no limit to giving. Mother gives to the child limitless love. There is no account keeping. As the organisation increases its capacity to give, it also helps its workers in giving more without ego. The organisation removes the identity of the giver. An easy method of giver-less giving is  that of giving through organisation. Nameless, fameless way of giving is through organisation. Though hundreds of workers work for some service project, the name is only of Vivekananda Kendra and not of any individual worker. For that, great dedication and surrender is needed. If some worker begins to assert even his due role, place and contribution in the organisation, the organisation is hurt. Once the organisation is hurt, our capacity of Pradanam comes down. Thus, this line - 'Jeevane yavadadam syat pradanam tato'dhikam' has a very deep and extensive meaning needed for the total development of a worker.
