Organisation ?

|| योग: कर्मसु कौशलम् ||
We have chosen work, service to others as the path to be followed. Work is done maximum if it is in organised way. Thus our mission in life propels us to work in an organised way.
Eknathji says, "Out of the fourfold path, shown by Swamiji viz., Work, Worship, Psychic Control and Philosophy, we have chosen work as the path to be followed."

Eknathji ask us to think, by giving example of our history, as being incapable of organised work. Even though we have the dictum "संघे शक्ति: कलै युगे" {Strength resides in this Age in Organisation} still we have proved our inability to be organised. It shows in our political fields, in battles against the invaders, in sports and in business, in companies and in partnerships, in mundane activities and in spiritual attainments, there is no harmony, no cohesion anywhere.

In pre-Independent days, Bipin Chandra Pal observed, "If all Indians spit together, the British will be drowned in that", But we Indians not only not spit together, but think it a heroic act to spit on one another.

Why? are we  believe in the incarnation of great men for great work? like we require a Shivaji, a Ramakrishna, a Vivekananda, a Tilak, a Gandhi or a Savarkar to achieve great goals?

We have been successful in performing wonderful deeds, but only when the great men are born. In west, the common people have worked wonders by amicably coming together and putting forth combined efforts. In India, if somebody tries to make progress, our jealously and rivalry are roused and we try to bring him down.

Is it true that we do not have organisation in our blood?

सिद्ध‌‌यसिद्धयोर्निर्विकार: कर्ता सात्त्विक उच्यते ॥१८.२६॥

Freed from attachment, non-egoistic, endowed with courage and enthusiasm and unperturbed by success or failure, the worker is known as a pure (Sattvika) one. Four outstanding and essential qualities of a worker. - Bhagwad Gita : XVIII-26
