तेषां नित्याभियुक्तानां योगक्षेमं वहाम्यहम्।।९.२२।।
A responsible leader recognises the team members who are devoted, single-minded and whose thinking is aligned to overall objectives.
He not only recognises them but, also is indebted to them.
Therefore he takes full responsibility for their well being, health and wealth, progress, development, growth and enrichment. To those devoted endeavours he ensures value fulfilment in all respects.
He creates, and ensures an atmosphere of their fulfilment at physical, mental and intellectual levels and helps them to become wholesome spiritual beings.
This mutual supports and effective interdependence is the hallmark of responsible leadership and his responsible team.
