equality is quality

सर्वभूस्थमात्मानं सर्वभूतानि चात्मनि।
ईक्षते योगयुक्तात्मा सर्वत्र समदर्शनः।।(भ.गीता 6.29)

"SARVA BHOOTHASTHAM  AATMAANAM  SARVA BHOOTAANI  CHAATMANI

EEKSHATE  YOGA  YUKTAATMAA  SARVATRA  SAMA  DARSHANAH."

A responsible leader practices supreme equality.

He treats all his people with equal consideration and care and considers all his people as he considers himself.

He ensures that all his team members get the same treatment and facilities as he does.

Quality of equality is fully developed in the responsible leader. That is because he sees all his people in his own self and sees himself in all his people.

This is empathy and the leader shares and experiences all difficulties and triumphs of his team members and becomes a real partner.

Thus the responsible leader is in harmony with his own self and also ensures that entire team is in harmony.

EQUALITY IS QUALITY

Recently, we read :
Dr Vikram Sarabhai, one of the greatest scientist, was working in the laboratory in Ahmedabad. During month of May, tremendous heat was felt. There were almost 150 scientists working with him. One of the visitor approached Dr Sarabhai and told that you are doing so important work and in this much heat. Why don't you have an AC Room. Without disturbing the work in hand, he simply said, True. That is the need of the hour. But it would be done only when all of my colleagues are put into AC rooms.
