Yojak: Tatra Durlabha:
Mananeeya Eknathji further guides the karyakartas. He tells them :
One should behave with the people in a way in which they will love him and his cause. Everybody has potential qualities. We have to utilize these qualities for our purpose. One must create confidence in the people and mark their aptitude for work. Your attitude towards people must be reflected in your actions, in the work that you put in. Your actions must reflect the noble cause for which you stand. One should be a real friend to all the people for all time. You must through your conduct and conversations inspire the people.
In our literature, we find how the great people had awakened the masses. Mananeeya Eknathji quotes here : The great Shalivahana inspired the lifeless and passive people and made heroes out of clay as it were. As the Subhashita says, there is no person who is basically useless. Various sounds in an orchestra are put to proper tune to create a melodious and significant musical effect. We must make proper use of the people and must channelize their energies in a proper direction at a proper time and in a proper place.
Thus an able organiser should be expert in utilising the services, talents of the people for the betterment of the cause of the Organisation. Once that is done, one get abundant resources and with that the progress of the cause speeds up.

Execute Chatussutri effectively
|| योग: कर्मसु कौशलम् ||

After explaining the Chatussutri, Mananeeya Eknathji states the qualities of the person needed to properly execute the Chatussutri. In the words of Swamiji we have already seen some aspects. Here Mananeeya Eknathji tells. :
Every worker must be a master organizer. He is fully inspired and convinced. He becomes the magnet and the whole atmosphere of the place is as it were under his spell. He moulds the place according to his desire and gives it a proper shape and the colour. He becomes the messenger of the thought that he has received and he befriends everybody. He is all alone in the place. There is no comrade or any companion for him. But he is so well equipped and so highly inflamed that wherever he goes, he puts his mark on the place.
Like the fire which creates heat in any place it is kept, he goes on spreading his message to every individual he comes across and his very presence inspires the place. As a matter of fact he is as it were a new-born person and becomes the very message incarnate. He has to spread the message of his mission and he befriends everybody. He avoids finding fault with others. He just critically puts forward and states the facts as they are but does not spread hatred among the people. The question will be "What are you? Are you perfect? Your duty is to deliver the message. Do it perfectly well and do something in that way."
Here we find the importance of ma vidvishavahaihi that all of us chant everyday. This prayer Sahnavavatu sahnaubhunaktu... is said before any collective undertaking – like a meeting, seminar etc. because in real sense in a team we should be always learning from each other at every given moment. So all the time that we are together either planning, discussing in a team-meeting, this prayer guides our attitudes, approach and interactions with each other. Let our interaction nourish each other. Our interaction should strengthen our bonds, our connections with each other so well that our work would always be full of energy and heroic deeds. By collective interaction, the knowledge that we acquire should be fruitful and effective. Our knowledge should result in brightness, strength and clarity. Let the knowledge that we gain may activate us, may be seen reflected in our purposeful and fruitful actions. Let our interactions not spread hatred or dislike about each other. But may the knowledge acquired through our interactions radiate fruitfulness and success.

Lokavyavastha -Leadership
Swami Vivekananda while talking about the qualities of leader states some more aspects which Mananeeya Eknathji has compiled in 'Swami Vivekananda's Rousing Call to the Hindu Nation'. With leader properly established, the Lokavyavastha also gets stabilised and he sees to it that for each work there is a person and for each person there is a work. Yojak: tatra durlabha: - and hence, this Yojak - the Leader need to be endowed with these wonderful qualities.
If anybody comes to you to speak ill of any of his brothers, refuse to listen to him in toto. It is a great sin to listen even. In that lies the germ of future troubles.
Moreover, bear with everyone's shortcomings. Forgive offences by the million. And if you love all unselfishly, all will by degrees come to love one another. As soon as they fully understand that the interests of one depend upon those of others, every one of them will give up jealousy. To do something conjointly is not in our very national character. Therefore you must try to inaugurate that spirit with the utmost care, and wait patiently.
Some people do the best work when led. Not everyone is born to lead. The best leader, however, is one who "leads like the baby". The baby, though apparently depending on everyone, is the king of the household. At least, to my thinking, that is the secret. The least show of leading destroys everything by rousing jealousy.
