Mananeeya Eknathji says that we should not utilise the human weakness to take advantage. But, we should be in a position to convince and rope in the karyakarta into the organised work. Stratagem is not beneficial and is not worthy also. Our situation is different and graver. We do not want to fool the people and make them, by hook or by crook, work for the organization. A person who is fed on weakness is basically weak in his aptitude and he may not be useful to us at all. Not only we do not desire to nourish and strengthen the weakness, but whenever and wherever possible we shall try to remove it.
And therefore, we have to discover the karyakartas. They are already in the society. We need to find them out and yoke them into this work of national importance of man making and nation building.
