Be uncommon in your ability

|| योग: कर्मसु कौशलम् ||

Mananeeya Eknathji also tells us to leave the attachment for a particular attire, uniform but be simple like all others with whom we have to work but be uncommon as far as approach, attitude towards the life and the work. He tells we should not be uncommon in appearance but uncommon in (exemplary) behaviour
Our consciousness that we are public workers should not be lost sight of at any moment and it should guide and regulate our behaviour. The prestige and the image of the organization should in no case be blurred by your actions. People have a penchant for drawing conclusions about the organization from your likes and dislikes even though they are individually yours only. If affects the work of the organization. Unintentionally if somebody grows a beard, people draw the conclusion that this appears to be a Kendra brand. Your long faces and continuous seriousness will create a false image in the public. The organization is judged by your behaviour. Therefore, one should be simple and as common as any other citizen in the society without special feature of any type. In your dress, sentiments and behaviour be as common as anybody else. Do not be uncommon in your appearance just to catch the public eye. But be uncommon in your ability to render service and bring a name to the organization.
