Organisation's capacity

|| योग: कर्मसु कौशलम् ||

Mananeeya Eknathji through Kendra Prarthana further guides us as as to how the capacity of organisation to give more and more is greater than the individual. It provides a new outlook and we should definitely work on it.

Times are such that for an individual giving more than what he receives is inadequate. Organisation is needed for giving more. An Organisation is a combination of powers of individuals. It is not '10 + 10'= 20, it is '10 x 10' = 100. But if the organisation is well knit and has a mutual trust, then the capacity to give becomes 10 to the power of 10 which means 10,00,00,00,000 (1000 crores). Thus, if we are organised, our capacity to give increases a million fold. If there is no mutual trust in organisation then 10 persons may even cancel each other, as one may try to pull down the other, with the result no body will be able to give. Effective organistion is the technique to achieve the capacity to give more. Therefore, this line also stresses the importance of doing organised work. If at any time there is any difficulty in the organisation,  it affects the capacity to give, even of those who are not at fault.
